The Running Man

I’m not big on New Year’s resolutions, but I’ve promised myself I’ll get back into the habit of running. After the London Marathon last year, my running kinda tailed off. I suppose I’d ticked a number of boxes over the past few years – run a sub-4 hour marathon, run the London Marathon, run an Ultra (I have 2 under my belt so far…), and the enthusiasm waned a little.

So to ensure I get back out there I have entered three races so far in 2018, and hope to enter many more:

‘Run with the Wind’ Half Marathon – February

Selkirk Trail Marathon – May

Tiree Ultra Marathon – September

I’ve also set myself the challenge of running 2,000km this year, so still plenty of miles to go!
